Refugees can visit the museums of the Landschaftsverband Rheinland free of charge. In this way the LVR wants to help refugees to familiarise themselves with the history and the culture of the Rhineland. To obtain free entrance it is necessary to show an official certificate. Entrance is also free of charge for persons accompanying the refugees (max. 2 persons per group).
The LVR-Museumskarte entitles you free admisssion to all LVR and LWL museums for one year as from purchase date.

Tickets for the Eisenheim Museum can be purchased at the site or in advance from our Webshop.
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the museum. Assistance dogs are exempt from this.

Drive along the A 516 to the exit Eisenheim. Then follow the signs to the Siedlung Eisenheim (housing estate).

There are no marked parking spaces for persons with a disability. Please use the parking facilities along the verge which are in the immediate vicinity of the museum entrance.
It is possible to board and alight from the tram level with the ground and therefore without obstacle. The tram stop is also accessible.
